How Long Does It Take Before a Payment Is Received or Confirmed
The time it takes for a payment to be received or confirmed depends on the chosen payment method.
Credit or Debit Card
If you pay by credit or debit card, the payment is received instantly. However, it still needs to be confirmed in our system. This confirmation process may take a few days, depending on internal processing and verification.
Crypto Payments
Crypto payments are usually confirmed quickly on the blockchain. In most cases, once the transaction has the required confirmations, it will be processed automatically. In some situations, a payment may require a manual check. If you have paid your invoice and the status does not update after some time, you may contact support for assistance and provide your transaction id details so we can review it.
Bank Transfers
Bank transfers are confirmed once the funds arrive on our bank account. Processing time depends on your bank and whether the transfer is domestic or international. In some cases, this can take a few days, and in others it may take up to a couple of weeks. Please keep your transaction receipt and include it when contacting support if needed, so we can trace the payment efficiently.
Auto Billing
If you use auto billing, the payment is processed automatically by our team according to your selected billing cycle. Once the payment is successfully completed, it will be confirmed. In some cases, a card may be declined by the bank or payment provider. If that happens, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue.
