How To Pay Your Hosting Invoice
Once you receive an invoice, open it in your account and scroll down to see the available payment options. All methods are listed directly on the invoice page.
There are four options available: crypto payment, bank transfer, credit or debit card, and auto billing.
Crypto Payment
If you choose to pay with crypto, the payment is processed through Volet. After selecting this option, you will receive a 15 minute time window to complete the transaction. During this period, you must send the selected cryptocurrency to the provided address. Please make sure to include any exchange rate differences and network fees so that the full invoice amount is received. For a detailed explanation of how crypto fees are applied, you can refer to our dedicated article here: Paying Your Invoice with Crypto.
Bank Transfer
If you choose bank transfer, you may send the payment to the bank details shown on your invoice. Please note that the correct transfer information depends on where your miners are hosted, since we operate different farms with different banking details. Always use the exact information provided on your invoice. Depending on your bank, international or overseas transfer fees may apply.
Credit or Debit Card
Credit and debit card payments are also available. When using this method, please be aware that the third party payment provider charges an additional 3.5 percent fee on top of the invoice amount.
Auto Billing
Auto billing is the recommended option if you want to avoid missing payments. When you activate auto billing, your card will be charged automatically according to your selected billing schedule, whether that is monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Please note that auto billing also includes the same 3.5 percent processing fee applied by the payment provider. This ensures your hosting remains active without interruption and removes the need to manually pay each invoice.
