International Bank Transfers - Do's & Don'ts
The top section of the invoice shows
- Our company name and address
- Your (company) name
- The date of the invoice and number
- The description
- Invoice amount in USD or Euro (depending on location of farm)
- Total amount in USD or Euro
Bank transfer
At the bottom of your invoice, you will find all the bank transfer details. Please make this payment using a computer, as many mobile banking apps do not allow international transfers. It will also be easier to select the country. Please do not forget to add the invoice number.
After a successful transaction, we advise you to send a copy of the transaction receipt or a screenshot to our customer support team to speed up processing.
