Is the energy rate fixed?

At some locations there is a fixed energy rate and at others the energy rate is variable. However, even though they are variable we haven’t seen any increases in the energy price in the past 2 years. This is due to two factors. Factor #1 is that energy suppliers have a disincentive to increase the energy price, because if they do they’ll lose out on a lot of business. Factor #2 is that we have grown a lot in size giving us more leverage to negotiate better terms and prices.
