Hosting Invoice and Payment Policy
Dear Customers,
To ensure transparent billing and efficient operation of our hosting services, please review the following Hosting Invoice and Payment Policy.
Invoice Calculation
Hosting invoices are calculated using the following formula:
Payment for the next month (assuming 100% uptime) – Unused electricity from the previous month
Key Principles
- Energy is always paid upfront.
- You do not pay for unused energy. Any unused electricity resulting from maintenance, downtime, or other operational interruptions is credited to your next invoice.
- All invoices are subject to a 10-day payment term.
- The first invoice includes:
- One month of projected electricity costs;
- A one-month security deposit per machine;
- A one-time setup fee.
Invoice Example
Assume the monthly electricity cost for your machine at 100% uptime is $100.
During the previous month, your machine was offline for 20% of the time due to maintenance or unexpected circumstances.
Your next invoice would be calculated as follows:
$100 (next month's electricity) – $20 (unused electricity credit) = $80
First Invoice Example
Assuming:
- Monthly electricity cost: $100
- Security deposit: $100
- One-time setup fee: $100
Your first invoice would be:
$100 + $100 + $100 = $300
Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 10 calendar days from the invoice date.
Failure to pay within the payment term may result in operational restrictions and additional charges as outlined below.
Delinquent Payment Policy
After 10 Days
If an invoice remains unpaid after the 10-day payment term:
- Any automatic Bitcoin withdrawal or auto payout functionality associated with the account will be disabled until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
After 1 Month
If an invoice remains unpaid for more than one month:
- The hosted machine(s) will be switched off.
- A late payment penalty of 2% of the outstanding invoice amount will be applied in accordance with the Hosting Agreement.
After 2 Months
If outstanding invoices remain unpaid for more than two months:
- The Hosting Agreement will be terminated.
- Hosting services will be discontinued.
-
Any further actions will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hosting Agreement.
