Payment Sent But Not Confirmed

If you've sent a cryptocurrency payment but it hasn't been confirmed yet, there's usually no need to worry. In most cases, the delay is caused by the blockchain network or the transaction itself.

Blockchain Network Processing Time

Every cryptocurrency transaction must be confirmed by the blockchain before it is considered complete. Depending on the network, confirmation times can vary from a few minutes to several hours. During periods of high network activity, transactions may take longer than usual to be processed.

Once your transaction has received the required number of confirmations, it will automatically be reflected in your Epic Mining account. No action is required from your side while the transaction is still waiting for confirmations.

Insufficient Cryptocurrency Sent

Another common reason is that the amount of cryptocurrency sent was lower than required. This can happen if part of the payment was deducted as a network fee by your wallet or exchange, resulting in less crypto arriving than expected.

If the amount received is below the required invoice amount, the payment cannot be processed automatically.

If you believe this may be the case, please refer to our FAQ article about Insufficient Cryptocurrency Sent, which explains why this happens and what the available solutions are.
