When Will My New Machines Appear In ViaBTC?

Your new machines will appear in your ViaBTC account after the technical team has completed the connection and linked your mining account.


This process is not instant. Once the machines are physically installed, tested, and configured, they will become visible in ViaBTC and begin submitting a hash rate.


At that point:

  • Your machines will appear in your ViaBTC dashboard.
  • You will start seeing hash rate and mining statistics once shares are being submitted.
  • Your wallet will be linked (if it has not already been), and you will receive your first energy invoice.

If your machines have just been connected but are not yet visible in ViaBTC, please allow the team some time to complete the configuration and synchronization. If they still do not appear after a reasonable period, contact Epic Mining Support so we can investigate the status of your connection.
