I Just Bought a New Machine

Congratulations on your new purchase!


The estimated go live date for your new machine can be found in your contract. This is the expected timeframe for installation and commissioning in one of our mining facilities.


Please keep in mind that this is an estimated date. Before your machine starts mining, it must be delivered, installed, tested, and connected by our technical team. In some cases, this process may take slightly longer due to shipping, customs clearance, installation schedules, or site capacity.


Once your machine has been successfully connected, it will automatically appear in your ViaBTC account and begin contributing to your mining operation. No action is required from your side.


If the estimated go live date in your contract has passed and your machine is still not visible in ViaBTC, please contact our Support team. Be sure to include your contract number or order details so we can check the current status for you.
