New Mining Location - UAE

New Mining Location - Brazil
Turning water into Bitcoin. Hydra Mining is our upcoming Bitcoin mining farm in Brazil, powered directly by a large private hydroelectric dam. The dam provides dedicated renewable energy to the mining operation, giving us access to a highly attractive source of long-term, sustainable power.

Solar Mining Oman = Live
Our Oman hosting location is now officially live. Powered entirely by solar energy, this is a clean, sustainable, and cost-efficient way to mine Bitcoin, leveraging one of the world's most abundant energy sources. The Oman farm has been operational since August 2026.
Improved Machine Monitoring & Alerts
We have introduced enhanced machine monitoring, giving customers real-time insight into the performance of their miners. When something requires attention, our technical support team is automatically alerted and will reach out to you directly, so you stay informed without having to check manually.
Invoices
We are currently upgrading our invoicing system to make invoices clearer and more transparent. This includes a more detailed breakdown and accurate settlement based on actual energy consumption. Our goal is to provide better insight and improve the overall billing experience for our customers.
Energy Reports
Your mining, fully transparent. Customers now receive detailed energy reports showing the exact power consumption of their machines clear, accurate, and always up to date. No more guesswork, just full insight into what's running and what it costs.
Repair & fix reports
We have added repair and fix reports to the MyEpicMining dashboard, giving customers clear insight into when machines require maintenance and when repairs have been completed.
AI Support & Self-Service
We have introduced Hashly, our AI-powered support assistant that can answer most customer questions instantly. If Hashly is unable to help, a support ticket is automatically created in our help center so our team can follow up, fast, seamless, and always available.
Dashboard 2.0
Building on the launch of our ROI Tool in Q3, we introduced Dashboard 2.0. This upgrade brings together real-time performance insights, transparent energy cost tracking, and advanced ROI calculations in one powerful and user-friendly environment. Customers now have full control, clarity, and confidence in their mining operations.

Onboarding Flow Renewed
Getting started with Epic Mining just got easier. We've updated the onboarding flow in MyEpicMining with clearer steps and new video guides for every stage, so you're never left guessing what to do next.
Customer Support Team Expanded
In Q2 we grew our support team with Rick and Jeffrey on board. You'll notice shorter response times and more personal service going forward.
Epic Mining ROI Tool
We are building a dedicated ROI calculator that enables customers to estimate their mining performance based on their current number of machines.
This tool will help miners easily calculate potential returns and better understand their mining results.
Mining forward program
Upgrade your mining setup by trading in your old machine. Customers who exchange an older miner will receive $500 discount on the purchase on your next order.
Q1 2026
Expansion of hosting locations
First European Arctic mining farm location in Finland, here we use specialized Bitcoin mining machines that are water-cooled.
The heat from the machines is captured and transported through pipes to a district heating partner. This heat is used to warm homes, schools, and commercial buildings.
Machine resale marketplace
Bitcoin is a cyclical asset. Markets move up and down. To give you more flexibility during your journey, we’ve created a marketplace where you can list your machines if you ever decide to sell.
It gives you an additional option whenever you need it.
Pool migration ViaBTC
At Epic Mining, we are constantly testing and improving our operations to maximize the performance of your machines. Every percentage point of improvement means more Bitcoin generated for you.
Last year we tested OurPool and initially saw slightly higher returns compared to ViaBTC, which led us to migrate our machines.
However, after scaling this across our full mining operation the results did not meet expectations, so we have decided to move back to ViaBTC for stronger and more stable returns.
Improved payment options
We have improved our payment experience and understand that some customers have had questions about using Volet.
Currently, Volet remains the most suitable payment processor, offering the widest range of payment options: fiat, credit card & crypto), while we continue to explore better alternatives.
To support you, we have added extra guidance, including a new FAQ for setting up your Volet account and completing payments, and our team is ready to assist you with any issues.
Green energy certificates
We understand that our clients value not only returns, but also environmental responsibility.
Therefore, we are introducing green energy certification within our miner ownership certificates.
This confirms that your machines are operating in facilities powered by sustainable energy.
This gives you proof that your operation is powered by low-carbon energy
Offering Hydro BTC mining machines
In addition, we offer hydro-cooled mining machines in Finland. These water-cooled systems reuse excess heat by supplying warm water to the local community, including schools and public buildings.
This approach not only improves efficiency but also contributes to a more sustainable mining operation.

Pool migration from viaBTC to Ourpool
Added recommended cold wallet to Epic Mining Website
Choose a wallet based on your preference: hardware wallets like Trezor or Ledger for secure storage, or Blockchain.com for direct crypto payments.
For Dutch clients, Blockchain.com is recommended, as Binance is not available in the Netherlands. We also provide our wallet recommendations on our website.
Service Center Expansion Ethiopia
We have expanded our operations with a third official service center in Ethiopia, improving workload distribution and reducing repair turnaround times.
On-Site Repair Capabilities
We are expanding our on-site repair capabilities in Ethiopia and are working towards official certification from Bitmain, Canaan, and Whatsminer, enabling faster and more efficient (warranty) repairs directly at our facilities.

Expansion – Third Mining Farm
In Q3 2025, we expanded our operations with the opening of a third mining farm in Ethiopia, increasing our overall capacity and scalability.
Legacy Vault
We are introducing the Legacy Vault, allowing customers to securely assign their mining machines to beneficiaries.
This ensures that operations, rewards, and costs continue seamlessly and are transferred to your chosen heirs when needed.
Discounted hosting plan for 6 and 12 months
We have introduced a discount plan for advance electricity payments, offering 1% discount for 6 months and 2% discount for 12 months prepaid.
Referral program
Earn rewards by referring new customers to Epic Mining and grow your network while benefiting from our platform.
Autopay program
We have introduced the Autopay program, allowing customers to automate energy payments for a seamless billing experience and uninterrupted mining operations.

Epic Mining evolved into a more advanced and automated platform, introducing real-time dashboards, daily payouts, and a fully managed mining experience.
The focus shifted towards scalability, transparency, and customer experience.
2023
The company expanded its mining operations and infrastructure, increasing the number of active machines and improving operational efficiency. This period marked the transition from startup to a growing mining operation.
2022
Epic Mining officially entered the market, onboarding more customers and launching its initial mining operations.
The focus was on validating the model and building trust with early adopters.
2021
During this bull market year, the concept was further developed into a scalable model. Early systems, partnerships, and infrastructure were explored to enable a plug-and-play mining solution for future customers.
